Friday, May 13
Brewery Tour and Dinner at Lakefront
Brewery (Milwaukee, WI)
Join Foundation staff, board and members for
Lakefront’s legendary fish fry dinner, followed by
an optional brewery tour.

Saturday, July 23
Wisconsin River Cruise and Garden Party
(Rhinelander, WI)
Hosted by Foundation members Tom Jerow and
Steve Schreier, join us for a cruise down the
Wisconsin River (where our executive director
Ruth Oppedahl paddled on her I Heart Wisconsin:
River Trip last fall), followed by a grill out in Tom
and Steve’s garden.

Sunday, August 21
Up North Fish Fry (Woodruff, WI)
Join us for a shore dinner hosted by Foundation
board member and wildlife biologist Scott Craven.
Learn about the Foundation’s conservation
initiatives from our staff, and enjoy the beautiful
views along the shoreline of Lake Tomahawk
while enjoying a delicious fish fry dinner at Kemp
Natural Resource Station.

Friday, September 16
Tour of Forest Lodge Estate (Cable, WI)
Go behind the scenes at the Forest Lodge Estate
in the Chequamegon National Forest. This historic
property will open to the public for the first
time this summer. Hosted by board member Bill
Smith, we’ll follow this exciting tour with a trip to
Fairyland SNA, and drinks and appetizers at nearby
Lakewoods Resort.

Wednesday, October 5
Social at Capital Brewery’s Beer Garden
(Middleton, WI)

Join Foundation staff, board, field trip leaders and
other members at Capital Brewery for a fun
gathering in the brewery’s outdoor beer garden.
Cash bar, and no RSVP needed for this event.

We’re also hosting a party in the prairie at the Aldo Leopold Nature Center in Monona, Wisconsin, on August 30. This event is open to all of our members – you’ll be receiving an invitation in the mail this summer.
